(Improvement) Memberships
We’ve begun rolling out the new Memberships to select clients. The new Memberships features an improved configuration form designed to make the setup process easy. It also includes a new Members List report!
(Improvement) Scholarships
New flows when canceling, refunding, giving a rebate, and replacing Scholarships
The relatively minor but impactful changes help avoid human error when processing cancelations, refunds, rebates, and replacements on items paid for using scholarship funds and improve reporting on Scholarships usage.
(Improvement) Billing
Custom invoices & monthly statements included as a PDF in email notifications
We know that you manage several different software vendors to power your organization and that it can be cumbersome to log in to each account to download the invoices your accounting team needs. That’s why we’ve now included the invoice as a PDF attachment to the monthly email notification we send to your primary billing contact.
(Improvement) Access Management: Visitor Kiosk
See who’s checking in at the Visitor Kiosk
Previously, when a client checked in at the Visitor Kiosk, a generic blue checkmark would appear. Now, the kiosk will display the participant’s profile picture. This will help your team members identify those who have checked in from your front desk! Note that if many people check in at once using a Family Multipass or membership, the blue checkmark will be displayed and not their profile pictures.

Hot Tips for Summer Camp Registrations ⛺
We may only be halfway through February, but spring and summer camp registrations are well under way! Here are a few tips on how you can help your community get ready:
- Make a Wish List: Activate Wish Lists from the SmartRec App Store. Leveraging Wish Lists allows your clients to prepare for registrations in advance and see all the camps that interest them in one place. On the day camp registration opens, they can open their Wish List directly and start registering!
- Get on the Wait List if spots run out: Enable Wait Lists from the SmartRec App Store to manage demand for your Summer Camps. You can configure them, so clients will automatically be notified if a spot opens up!
