(Improvement) Memberships
We’ve begun rolling out the new Memberships to select clients. The new Memberships features an improved configuration form designed to make the setup process easy. It also includes a new Members List report!
New flows when canceling, refunding, giving a rebate, and replacing Scholarships
The relatively minor but impactful changes help avoid human error when processing cancelations, refunds, rebates, and replacements on items paid for using scholarship funds and improve reporting on Scholarships usage.
Custom invoices & monthly statements included as a PDF in email notifications
We know that you manage several different software vendors to power your organization and that it can be cumbersome to log in to each account to download the invoices your accounting team needs. That’s why we’ve now included the invoice as a PDF attachment to the monthly email notification we send to your primary billing contact.
See who’s checking in at the Visitor Kiosk
Previously, when a client checked in at the Visitor Kiosk, a generic blue checkmark would appear. Now, the kiosk will display the participant’s profile picture. This will help your team members identify those who have checked in from your front desk! Note that if many people check in at once using a Family Multipass or membership, the blue checkmark will be displayed and not their profile pictures.
