Our Payment Action Center now includes three filters for sorting failed transactions. You can see them by payment method, transaction type or failure reason, and export with ease. It's now easier than ever to get ahead of failed transactions and follow up with members when payments fail. The Payment Action Center lets you notify members when their payment method is expiring and retry failed transactions at the click of a button. It's meant to help you recover payments and avoid lapses in revenue - including for recurring installments and subscriptions.
You can access the Payment Action Center from the Accounting and finance tab in SmartRec. From there, you can use the filters to quickly find what you're looking for. You can add multiple filters at once and export the reports to reach out to participants proactively and avoid leaving money on the table:
